Bookings, arrivals and departures

• A room is never booked twice for the same nights; the departure day stays free for the next guest.
• Check-in, check-out, cancellation and no-show take one click, with a reason when needed.
• A confirmation deposit, as an amount or a percentage, can be required before arrival.
• Check-out is only possible once every night is billed and the folio is settled.

The guest folio, settled at the register

Nights, drinks and room service are added to the guest folio. The front desk settles it in one go, in cash, Mobile Money or by card, and the deposit already paid is deducted.

With online ordering, each room can have its own QR code: the guest orders from the restaurant in their room and the order joins their folio.

Online booking

Your hotel has its booking page: dates, guests, free rooms with their photos, then name and phone number. The front desk is notified at once and the guest gets their confirmation by email; they find their booking with its reference and their phone number.

Statistics give the occupancy rate, the average nightly rate and occupancy by room type.
